The B12 battery energiser from Forcefield has to be one of the most popular 12v fencers for strip grazing and small paddocks available. A combination of design simplicity and sturdy construction make this possibly the best small battery energiser for electric fencing on the UK market today.

It can power up to 1.5km and has can easily be moved when the fence is adjusted to control grass intake. The earth spike that's included has a wide surface area for maximum ground contact and when pushed into the ground the unit is secured to it so that it stands upright at all times. The two leads coming from the base of the energiser attach onto the battery terminals and the power lead connects onto the fence.

This energiser also comes with Forcefields patented Dual Purpose Connection Leads attached as standard. These completely cover the battery terminals and their serated edge creates a superb connection with a couple of twists and as the terminal is covered, poor connections due to terminal corrosion simply aren't an issue.

There's a low battery warning light on the energiser so that you can see when it's time to recharge the battery and an on / off switch to save you having to disconnect the terminals when you want to adjust the fence.

With both the output leads and the earth stake included in the price it's easy to see why so many farmers & horse owners find this the perfect small energiser to secure their animals.

This is a very solid energiser that can withstand all weathers and it's the type that can be dug out from the back of the shed / stable after winter and put into action without even considering it might not work. The B12 has been used in Ireland by cattle farmers for many years now and has gained a reputation as being the perfect portable strip grazing energiser that can withstand both the Irish weather and the Irish farmer!
