This kit gives you the choice to power your fence from either the mains or from a 12v battery and we give you a choice of 4 sizes of energisers and different heights of plastic posts.

The fencing units are the Patura range of mains / battery powered units which all come with the cable to plug into the mains and the cables the attach to a 12v battery. This gives the option to power the unit however way you wish. This is increasingly popular when keeping the horses in remote field during summer but having them closer to a stables with mains power in winter months. Also the extra option of having the ability to switch you fence over to battery power is handy if you suffer from power cuts occasionally.

The energisers come in 4 power levels and have 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 & 3.0 output joules depending of how large you electric fence is or intend it to be in the future. Each unit can be wall-mounted if powered from the mains or hung on a plastic post when powering your electric fencing kit from a 12v battery.

Connection cables are also included for when using with a battery but lead out cable may also need to be bought if using it from the mains. Please note that enough cable to go from the energiser to the fence and the energiser to the earth stake will be needed.

All Patura fence energisers in this kit come with a 2 yr guarantee.

20 of our green standard posts come with the kit so the tape will be around 3' from the ground when in position. The tape is 200m of our 20mm electric polytape and we suppliy a warning sign, some ring insulators to give fixed anchor points along the fenceline, a wee tester and a gate handle in with the kit too.
