This is a 50m length of orange electric rabbit netting that has double spiked posts to give a better grip in the ground.

The net has 15 posts throughout and as they are double spiked they grip the soil far better than single spikes. With electric fences for rabbits it is advised to have the netting at an 70 degree angle over the rabbits heads so that the ears get first contact. The ears are very sensative and this helps to repel them even beforethey are next to the net. Double spiked posts make creating this 'overhang' a lot easier.

Also if you field edge has curved edges the tension on the netting will be better with the better grip.

The spacings between the vertical strands is 5.9cm and the spacing of the first 7 horizontal lines from the ground is also 5.9cm each making this the closest mesh of an electric rabbit there is. The top two holes have a height of 11.8cm. The bottom horizontal strand has no steel conductors in it but the next 8 all have 3 x 0.2mm stainless steel lines and the top line contains 6 x 0.2mm stainless steel.

There is a repair kit as well as some guy pegs and some steel pegs to hold the netting to the ground between each post. There are end clips on the 'tails' of the net to join several together and as with all electric netting, an energiser is required to make this an effective deterrant to rabbits.
