This cordless horse clipper from Heiniger is probably the most well known rechargeable clipper on the market and epitomises quality and reliablity.

The motor has a power capacity which would be similar to a 100w mains operated clipper and is moderately quiet making it suitable for more nervous horses. It's vibration level is low making life easier for the operator but the grip is slightly wider than the Wolseley Merlin but easy to use nevertheless.

This will cut around 2,100 strokes per minute and even with the battery weight it is a very well balanced machine that will give a clip time of around one hour on a full charge. The battery takes around 60 - 70 minutes to recharge so we'd recommend having a spare battery on charge to keep down time to a minimum.

The Cordless Heiniger comes in a strong carry case with a battery, charger, blade, brush oil and screwdriver.
