The Gemini series from Hotline Electric Fencing is a new addition to our range this year and are already our best seller. This is a dual powered fencer which is a battery energiser that has a mains adapter to allow it to work from the mains.

This model has 1.2 OUTPUT JOULES which will power a 12km electric fence. It will put a 4,800v pulse throught the fence even with normal resistance levels of 500 Ohms. It will also power 5 poultry nets and up to 14 sheep electric nets

To power it from the mains, simply mount it on the wall and lug in th eadapter that's included.This is a bit like a mobile phone charger and just plugs into the side of the energiser. Although the unit is fully water-proof and designed for being out in all weathers, like all mains units, it must be housed indoors when being powered by the mains.

If you wish to power it from a battery at some point just unplug it from the adapter, mount it outside next to your fenceline, clip the leads to a earth stake and the fenceline and connect the power leads to a 12v battery and that's it. It's that simple. If buying an earth stake at the same time you will be sent on with the correct fixing from which this machine can be hung making it a complete stand alone unit.

It comes with all the required leads to attach to a battery and to an earth stake (not included) and to the electric fenceline itself but as when it's mounted in an outhouse the distance to an earthstake and to the fence are variable, any additional insulated cable will need the be bought here.

This is a medium to high power electric fencer that has power to energise larger lengths of fencing from the mains and has the versatility to be mounted in remote fields without mains power should the need arise.

Our Opinion : Great medium to long distance fencer which is perfect for almost every type of electric fence there is. Very well priced and with the upgraded power output from last years versions (check when making comparisons elsewhere) this has to be one of the best models on the market.
