The clipper itself is the same Harmony clipper that we sell but a cordless version with a rechargeable battery making it more mobile without any trailing leads.
Made by Liveryman, the motor is 80 watts although when used with the battery pack we estimate it to be around 60 watts. This will give excellent service for the one or two horse owner needing to give both full and partial clips (although we'd recommend a larger clipper for cobs).
The battery is very light and will give 3 hours of clipping from a 2 hour charge so it has plenty of capability. It is also free from toxic / hazardous elements such as cadmium, lead, mercury or lithium and has no memory so you can charge it up to full from only half full with no long term damage to the battery at all.
There are a couple of lights on the battery to tell you when it's needing charged and has a full charge. The battery can also be charged while in use effectively making it a mains clipper .
The clipper comes with a #10 blade on it which is fine for trimming but we'd recommend a wide blade for full clips. The blades are interchangable with Wahl, Oster & Andis.
