The cordless Harmony clipper has a rechargeable battery that clips into your belt making it very mobile without any trailing leads. The lead that is used for recharging the battery has the same fitting as the lead coming from the battery so you can attach it to the clipper making it a mains clipper should you wish.
Made by Liveryman, the motor is 80 watts although when used with the battery pack we estimate it to be around 60 watts. This will give excellent service for the one or two horse owner needing to give both full and partial clips (although we'd recommend a larger clipper for cobs).
The battery is very light and will give 3 hours of clipping from a 2 hour charge so it has plenty of capability. It is also free from toxic / hazardous elements such as cadmium, lead, mercury or lithium and has no memory so you can charge it up to full from only half full with no long term damage to the battery at all.
There are a couple of lights on the battery to tell you when it's needing charged and has a full charge.
This package deal has the clipper coming with 3 blades.
- A wide (62mm) fine blade leaving a 1mm hair length for a closer cut
- A wide (62mm) 2.4mm depth medium clipping blade for the body.
- A narrow (42mm) 1.6mm blade for the head and hard to reach areas.

Our OpinionVERY reiable clippers. Basic but brilliant. Small handset which is easy to hold and just keeps going and going. We've used and sold these for years and they have stood the test of time. Nice light battery pack too.
