Mains Powered Poultry Electric Fence Starter Kit

This is a terrific starter electric fence kit for anyone wanting to keep chickens outdoors and has a mains powerpoint nearbly. The kit is simply one of our Green Flexinet electric fencing nets and a Forcefield M160 including all leads and a 1m earth stake. Perfect for keeping foxes, badgers, mink and dogs out of your chickens and poultry are always happier when they know that there's an electric fence protecting them!

The net comes with 15 posts and 12 horizontal wires with 11 of them being electrical conductors. The horizontal electric wires start off with 5cm spacings and after the first few, the gap increases until they are 20cm apart at the top.

The energiser is a Forcefield M160 energiser with enough 'oomph' to power 7 poultry nets easily and is ideally suited to the job. Just screw it to a wall, attach the electric netting to the live (red) terminal using some of the lead-out cable, the earth stake is sunk into the ground and attached to the earth (black terminal using the rest of the lead-out cable , plug in and switch on and that's it!

The 3 year guarantee that comes with the energiser shows just how reliable this electric poultry net kit is.

Also included in the kit is a small electric fence tester, a warning sign and 10m of 'lead-out cable'.
