These are very tall plastic posts for electric fencing and are ideal for larger horses that need the fenceline right up at their noses. Made from HEAVYWEIGHT, UV protected plastic, these polyposts have 4'6" above the ground when in position and have a good 8" spike to secure them in the field.

The footplate on these posts also has an additional plate on the side to prevent the post from twisting in the field. Occasionally single spike electric fencing posts will loosen with the wind buffeting the fence and start to swivell on the spot. This strains the tape or rope and damages the conductors they contain and this additional pressure will shorten the lifespan of fence.

When these plastic posts are pushed into the soil the main spike holds the fencepost in position and the little plate on the side goes in only by an inch or so. This is enough to stop the posts from turning on the spot. Very simple but very effective.

They have 10 loops for holding electric fencing lines. 3 sections for 20mm polytape, 4 for 40mm tape and 3 for twine or rope.

They come in boxes of 20 only and due to their length will be delivered by DHL. Also available in white.
