Shipping
Cost - The checkout will calculate how much the cost of your goods will be and charge accordingly. This will start off around £2.50 for items that can be posted by Royal Mail and £5.65 for items to be sent by courier. There is a drop down box in the checkout proceedure that allows you to change the class of delivery fomr 48hr to 24hr.
Please note that all of the AB postcodes and the DD8 postcode can be classed as 2 day delivery areas by the couriers even though a 24hr ticket is requested as the distances the delivery vans have to cover in theses areas are greater than those in the rest of the UK. Those in DD8 are probably as well to collect their goods from us anyway. If you wish to collect goods out of hours this can be arranged by appointment only.
Surcharges - Goods going by courier to areas in the following areas are liable to a surcharge by the courier companies.
Highlands & Islands - £6.00 IV1-36, 40 & 52-54. KA27 PH44 PA78, PA61, KA28, PH42, PA60, PH43, IV41-49, 51 & 55-56, KW1-3 &5-14, KW15-17 PA20-49 & 62-77, PH17-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, ZE1-3, HS1-9

Overseas - We do send abroad but this has to be aranged eiter over the phone or by email as all goods must be weighed and have the dimensions taken to determine an accurate shipping cost.

Despatch - Officially cut off time for getting orders processed is 2.30pm as our couriers normally come around 4pm. We are packaging goods right up until the time they have closed the van doors and most orders up until 3.30pm will get processed. This will not be the case during busy times and as we pack orders on a first come first served basis it's best to get the order in ASAP.
The quickest method from a processing point of view is ordering online as this speeds up the dispatch of your goods considerably.
A confirmation email from the shipping company will be sent once the goods have been picked up at this end and the drivers manifest printed.
Virtually everything we sell is kept in stock and if we are out of stock of something we will let you know ASAP.
24hr and 48hr delivery basically means next working day and a 2 working day service. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
