Brown Turbo Charge 40mm Tape

This tape is a turbo version we had made for customers who like our Liveline 40mm tape but wanted some tinned copper included to lower the electrical resistance so the current will travel further.

It is only available in 40mm wide and has 8 stainless steel conductors at 0.2mm and 2 tinned copper conductors 0.25mm thick throughout. The breaking strain is 225kgs with all PE monofilaments UV protected and the low resistance of 0.2 0hms/m makes this the ideal choice for long distance fences.

It's woven slightly tighter than the regular Liveline 40mm so not recommended for areas where wind damage to tape is an issue, but this tape really comes into it's own where you want a sensibly priced turbo tape that can carry the electric fence current a long way.

Our Opinion
Great tape if you're looking to fence an area greater than 2Km. We like how the tinned copper is woven next to a line of stainless steel so that if there's a break in it the power just piggy backs from the steel. Good strong edges too - essential in a 40mm tape. Very well priced for a high-spec, top of the range tape.
