These are a good quality strong insulator for fencing tape and will hold 20mm and 40mm tape.
The tape slots in the top and is held in place by a clip. The gap that the tape sits in is around 1mm wide so even when the insulator is clipped shut most tapes will still have a bit of movement with only the thicker tapes being held firmly in position.
There are two holes top and bottom to either nail or screw them to a fencepost and when in position the tape will sit 1 inch from the wood.

Our Opinion
An excellent quality insulator and out of our screw on insulators these ones keep the tape the furthest from the fence post. The only downside is there is no section to hold rope if need be.
