Reel Mounting Post

These steel posts have several uses but are primarily used to hold our professional fencing reels with the addition of fixing brackets. They can also be used with several types of bolt on insulator to make a very solid & mobile corner post, start / end post or gate post.

Made of thick, galvanised angle iron, they have a 1ft main spike, two thick 6" brackets coming out from the base at 90 degrees with a couple of nasty looking 3" spikes on the ends to give a good anchor point.

The standard size post is 3ft tall (when in the ground) with pre-drilled holes for up to 3 reel brackets or fixings. We also now stock a 4ft version with predrilled holes for up to 4 reel brackets or fixings, although normally three reels would still be used but positioned higher. For mounting either our Heavy Duty Reel or our Heavy Duty Geared Reel, you will need the support brackets here. For using as an end or corner post, please use the insulators with threaded ends seen here.

Big, sturdy post. Great for professional strip grazing but a nightmare for our warehouse to pack!
