This 40mm tape has a very high spec and several features which help make it a firm favourite for those looking a robust tape with good conductivity.

The outer edges are extra stronger than most other fencing tapes on the market. Most other wide tapes are a similar thickness accross the width but Liveline 40mm has noticably stronger monofilaments running down the length of the tape on the outside to give additional support.

The weave of the tape is not as tight on the inner section as it is on the outer as this helps to reduce any effect the wind has on it. Although we don't recommend using a 40mm tape in areas that are windy, this tape may be considered in places that are considered borderline.

There are 12 conductors with 8 being the standard 0.2mm thick and 4 being slightly thicker at 0.3mm.

As for visability to horses we have found that brown tape is every bit as visible to horses as green and this tape is proving very popular as a permanent perimeter tape as it blends into the background very well.

Liveline 40mm is probably best on semi permanent and permanent fences where a better quality tape than average is used and for maximum conductivity remember to use the correct connectors and insulators on your fence.
