The Wahl Moser Max 45 has a robust 45 watt rotary motor with 2 speed settings, making it one of the most powerful and versatile clippers in it's class and used by professional dog groomers as well as the home user.
The blade supplied is a quick release Competition Series #10 which is 50mm wide and has a cutting depth of 1.8mm. The No. 10 blade gives a medium coat length, however, there's a wide choice of different Competition Series Blades available, all of which fit this clipper.
Our Opinion
Has got everything you want in a dog clipper. Good power (you can't beat a good wattage) with minimal noise / vibration and a whole range of blades / guards able to be used. Would like to see a larger bottle of oil supplied as standard with it though.
